Regarding credit counting, does it mean that it consumes two credits when I ask a question and receive an answer? In the demo, only the number of answers reduces the credits, meaning that only one credit is used in this case.
Credits are only consumed when AI generates a response and the number of credits deducted depends on the model you've selected.
Do we have a limit on the size of PDFs to train the chatbot?
Not for the individual PDF as it will count the amount of characters in the pdf and then tally that against their account total 5M for starter, 20M.
Can I upload photos to the chatbot?
Currently, you cannot upload images into our chat interface, but this is a functionality we are exploring right now and expect to have completed sometime later this Fabruary.
Can I place a Facebook pixel?
We don’t currently support custom HTML insertion for Facebook pixels, but this feature is coming soon. If you’re interested in beta testing, please provide your email or contact our support team.
What types of documents can I upload to the Knowledge Base?
You can upload PDF documents, .doc files, or .txt files to the AI agent. However, it’s important to note that the text in the PDF document should not be scanned, as the AI agent cannot process text embedded in images. If the document contains a lot of images, the AI agent will not be able to handle it effectively, as it does not extract text from images.
What if my PDF file is only available as a scanned version or contains important text in images?
In this case, we recommend using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) solutions. OCR is a technology that can extract text from images or scanned documents and convert it into editable, searchable text. This allows you to process and use the text content effectively.
To resolve this:
Use an online OCR tool to extract the text from your scanned PDF or image-based document.
Save the extracted text into a document format such as .doc, .txt, or a new PDF file.
Upload this converted document to the AI agent for optimal performance.
There are many free and paid OCR tools available online that can help you complete this process efficiently.
