Embedding the GPT4Business.ai Chat Widget into a GoHighLevel Landing Page

The GPT4Business.ai chat widget can be integrated into a GoHighLevel (GHL) landing page in two ways: as a section or as a chat bubble. Below are the step-by-step instructions for both methods:

Option 1: Embedding the Chatbot as a Section

  1. Obtain the Chat Widget Code:

  • Log in to the GPT4Business.ai dashboard.

  • Copy the section embed code (the top code snippet).

  1. Access the GoHighLevel Funnel Editor:

  • Log in to your GoHighLevel (GHL) account.

  • Navigate to Sites > Funnels in the left-hand navigation panel.

  • Select the funnel and the page where you want to embed the chat widget.

  • Open the page editor (preferably in a new tab for convenience).

  1. Add the Custom Code Section:

  • On the page editor, choose to add a new element.

  • Select the Custom Code element and drag it to the desired section of the page.

  • Open the Code Editor on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Paste the GPT4Business.ai chat widget code into the editor.

  1. Save and Publish:

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

  • Ensure you Publish the page for the changes to take effect on your live site.

  1. Preview the Page:

  • Open the live or preview version of the page to confirm that the chat widget appears as expected.

  • Adjust the appearance or alignment of the chat widget if necessary in the GPT4Business.ai dashboard or the page editor.

Option 2: Embedding the Chatbot as a Chat Bubble

  1. Obtain the Chat Bubble Code:

  • In the GPT4Business.ai dashboard, copy the chat bubble embed code (the bottom snippet).

  1. Access GoHighLevel Page Settings:

  • Navigate to the desired funnel in GoHighLevel.

  • Instead of editing the page directly, go to Settings for the funnel.

  1. Insert the Code in the Body Tracking Section:

  • Locate the Body Tracking Code section on the right-hand side of the settings panel.

  • Paste the chat bubble embed code into this field.

  1. Save and Publish:

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

  • If the site is live, the updates will take effect immediately. If not, ensure the page is Published.

  1. Test the Chat Bubble:

  • Open the landing page in Preview Mode or on the live domain.

  • Verify that the chat bubble appears and is functional.
