How to Send Lead Data from GPT4Business AI Agents to Zoho CRM Using Zoho Flow
Integrating GPT4Business with Zoho CRM via Zoho Flow allows you to automate the transfer of lead data collected by AI Agents. This guide walks you through the process of connecting the platforms and setting up an automated workflow.
Log In to Zoho Flow:
Navigate to and log in.
Zoho Flow is a separate platform designed for creating automated workflows.
Create a New Flow:
Click Create Flow and select Webhook as the trigger.
This will generate a unique Webhook URL. Copy this URL for use in the next steps.
Access the Leads Tab:
Log in to GPT4Business, select your AI Agent, and open its dashboard.
Go to the Leads tab to configure lead collection fields.
Set Up Lead Collection Fields:
Add fields to capture data, such as Name and Email.
Ensure these fields are required to guarantee data is collected before starting a conversation.
Paste the Webhook URL:
Paste the webhook URL from Zoho Flow into the webhook field in GPT4Business.
Save your changes.

Submit the form to trigger the webhook.
Verify Data in Zoho Flow:
In Zoho Flow, navigate to the History tab to check if the webhook successfully received the test data.
Address any failed operations by ensuring the webhook URL and configuration are correct.
Add Zoho CRM as an Action in Zoho Flow:
After the webhook trigger, add an action to send the data to Zoho CRM.
Choose the option to Create or Update a Lead.
Map the Fields:
Match the data collected in GPT4Business (e.g., Name, Email) to the corresponding fields in Zoho CRM.

Duplicate Check:
Configure additional steps in Zoho Flow to search for existing leads to prevent duplicate entries.
Extend Automation:
