users as it allows them to update and change different settings for the overall app.
Base System Prompt
The base system prompt is where you provide the core instructions and guidelines for each A.I. Agent. This is where you set the personality and add in guard rails so the A.I. agent knows how to respond in certain scenarios.
Billing Usage & Settings
Found under the Account tab, the billing usage and settings tab has all of the billing information for agencies including their credit card on file, wallet balances, usage history and more.

AI messages sent using GPT-3.5 = $0.008 /message.
AI messages sent using GPT-4 Turbo = $0.08 /message.
AI messages sent using GPT-4o = $0.04 /message.
Custom Styling
This is an agency level setting that allows agency users to update the image used for the white labeled signup and login pages as well as customizing the colors of the dashboard.
Custom Menu Links
Custom menu links allow you to customize your white label dashboard even further by adding additional tabs into the left hand column menu. These links will link out to other websites in a new tab.

Knowledge Base
The "knowledge base" refers to the custom business information uploaded to train an AI chatbot.
Markdown
"Markdown" refers to a lightweight markup language that allows you to format text on the web easily. It's designed to be easy to read and write, using plain text formatting that can be converted into HTML or other formats by a tool. In the context of writing prompts or instructions, using markdown helps to structure your text more clearly and effectively. It allows for the inclusion of headers, lists, bold and italic text, links, images, and more, without needing to write in HTML directly.
So, when the instructions suggest using markdown to "better structure things," it means that you should format your prompt or text using markdown syntax to make it more organized, readable, and visually appealing. This can be particularly useful when creating prompts or instructions that require clear hierarchy, emphasis on certain parts, or just a general neat presentation to make it easier for the reader to follow along.
Permissions
This allows for agencies to control what specific users will see. For example if you want a user to only be able to engage with the A.I. Agent but not change the prompt or update the knowledge base.
Sentiment
