This is the AI chatbot dashboard where you can manage each individual bot.
From this view you are able to manage, update, and share your AI chatbot.
On the left hand side you have the chat window. This is a testing environment where you can test the bot and update information in the knowledge base.
The dashboard view will also be where you can share, clone and delete a chatbot.
The EmbedAI Agent feature allows you to seamlessly integrate your AI agent into any website. By pressing the "Get Embeddable Code" button, you will receive the HTML or iFrame code required for embedding.
How to Use:
Get the Code: Click the "Get Embeddable Code" button to generate the embedding code.
Insert into Your Website: Use the provided code to embed the AI agent into your website.
Need Help? For further details on how to integrate the code into different types of websites, refer to the additional documentation.

Get a link to share your Chatbot with anybody, anywhere and anytime. With this feature, you can share the AI Agent link with anyone, making it accessible to anyone who has the link.

How to Clone a Chatbot in a Few Simple Steps
Log In: Access your account and navigate to your dashboard.
Go to “My Chatbots”: Find and select the chatbot you want to clone by opening its dashboard.
Find the Clone Option: On the right-hand side of the chatbot dashboard, locate the “Clone Chatbot” option and click it.
Choose Cloning Settings: You can either clone the chatbot directly into your main account.
Finalize Cloning: Click to confirm. The cloned chatbot will now appear as a new version in your main chatbot dashboard.
And that’s it! You’ve successfully cloned your chatbot.
The chatbot UUID is the way you identify a chatbot when using an API to send and receive messages.
This is how you delete the chatbot from your account.
Get the analytics for each AI agent when a conversation has ended.
When a conversation has ended you can have the all of the information from the AI agent be sent to you via email and/or webhook.
When is a Conversation Ended?
A conversation is ended when a user clicks the New Conversation button inside the chat widget at which point the summary will be sent.
The system will check and find conversations that have no activity for 1 hour and then will trigger the send of the conversation summary - its not technically marked as ended.
For conversations with the API and integrations like IG, there is only a single conversation

Conversation Link:
This is a public link of the conversation that the user can click on to read
Conversation Lead Data:
If the AI agent has collected any lead data from the user it will show up here
Conversation History:
This is a raw text of the entire conversation that a user has with the AI agent (it will show up inside JSON when sent as a webhook).
